At MELLIYAL, we take immense pride in the quality and craftsmanship of every dress we create. Each order is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

Return or exchange requests must be initiated within 3 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all brand tags intact.
Products that have been used, washed, altered, or returned without original tags will not be eligible for return or exchange.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

To process your request, kindly share:

Your Order ID.
Clear photos of the product and packaging.
An unboxing video showing the issue.

After verification, we will arrange a replacement or a full refund, depending on the situation.

Size Exchange

Size exchanges can be requested within 3 days of delivery.
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
If the requested size is unavailable, our customer support team will assist you with the available options.

Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method or the customer's bank account.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error from MELLIYAL.
